Pre-appointment details
Strictly no drugs or alcohol 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Ensure you are well hydrated and have had something to eat prior to your appointment (even if its just something small)
If it is your first appointment, please ensure you have completed your initial intake form online prior to arriving.
Cancellation policies
To ensure smooth running of our clinic, booking times are strictly adhered to. We require at least 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your appointment. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) will incur a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consult, whilst missed appointments/no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the missed appointment
Payment policies
Payment for all services are required on the day of the consult. EFTPOS facilities are available in clinic. You are welcome to pay cash however change is not kept on the premises thus correct amount is required.
If you wish to claim private health rebates, an invoice will be provided to you on the day to lodge a claim with your provider online or via their app.
